We are building a Singapore-based trade platform that connects reliable China food & agricultural suppliers with Singapore and ASEAN buyers (HoReCa, wholesalers, specialty retailers, and selected supermarkets).
What we already have
Singapore entity: PTE. LTD. (ready to run commercial contracts & operations)
China-side supply network (farms / processors / manufacturers) with export potential
A structured BD process: lead sourcing → sampling → pricing → negotiation → order follow-up
Clear compliance mindset: all activities will be conducted in accordance with Singapore Food Agency import requirements and local regulations
Initial focus categories (can be refined)
Premium fresh produce
Shelf-stable packaged foods / ingredients (e.g., functional ingredients, traditional health-oriented products)
OEM/Private label options for ASEAN channels
Who we are looking for (Singapore-based partner)
A hands-on operator with proven experience and network in at least one of the following:
Food import / wholesale distribution (cold chain is a plus)
HoReCa sales, supermarket supply, wet market / wholesale centre network
Ability to build repeatable sales pipeline & manage key accounts
Proposed split & incentives
Flexible: equity + profit share, or performance-based partnership. We can start with a 60–90 day pilot and agree on KPIs (buyer meetings, samples, initial POs, repeat orders).

Singapore is a natural hub for ASEAN. Buyers want stable supply + compliance + predictable quality, and China suppliers increasingly seek long-term channel partners.
