A humble small shop offering general nail services with passion to provide high quality nail works to customers, using reputable brands of nail suppliers, and always keeping up with trend on latest nail designs. 6 Seater Mani-Pedi space, cold and hot water flow all done up, with 1 Lash bed & curtain for privacy. With 3-4 staff monthly, able to breakeven or slight profit slight loss throughout the year. During festive period like Christmas & Chinese New Year able to generate more profit. Sustainable currently with healthy profit annually. Biggest challenge is unstable workforce with high turnover, yet insufficient quota to hire foreign talents. Competition mainly is from neighboring nail salons, however by providing quality services customers return and bring friends & family will solve this. Future challenges probably is rise of rental, expected 10% increment in 2026 however good for next 3 years, so not a big issue as well.

Original idea is to expand from Central area to North South East West covering 5 locations in Singapore. Have not executed but the base foundation of membership system is in place.
