We are a Singapore-based quantitative trading firm with a live, profitable track record and proprietary infrastructure, now looking to partner with experienced operators to scale into a larger fund.
What We’ve Built
Live trading performance: +127% return, Sharpe 3.86, <8% max drawdown
30+ validated strategies across U.S. equities and crypto
Fully automated C++ trading + backtesting infrastructure
In-house AI-driven strategy research engine
Current AUM: ~USD $3M
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for juniors or “aspiring traders.”
We’re specifically looking for partners with:
Experience running or scaling a quant fund / prop firm
Background in portfolio construction, capital raising, or institutional trading
Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and fund structure (e.g. MAS licensing, VCC, etc.)
Ability to help scale from prop → external capital fund
What We Offer
Proven alpha + infrastructure already built
Lean, high-performance team (engineering + research in place)
Ability to plug into existing strategies and systems immediately
Equity / revenue share / partnership structure (case-by-case)
Objective
Scale into a multi-asset, AI-first quantitative fund, targeting:
$10M AUM (3 years) → $25M+ (5 years)
Expansion across equities, crypto, and derivatives
Institutional-grade infrastructure + licensing in Singapore
