1. OVERVIEW
I have two profitable salad shops for sale, with 11 and 6 years of operating history at their respective locations

I acquired both outlets a year ago and have since done a full revamp of outlet #1 — renovation, rebranding, photography, menu revamp, and equipment upgrades. Monthly revenue has more than doubled since reopening. There are another 11 growth levers I've identified but haven't had time to execute, which I estimate can drive a further 50% revenue uplift at outlet #1 alone.
Outlet #2 has not been touched, but the most difficult part which is product-market fit has been proven, and you can just replicate the playbook from outlet #1.
My plan was always to spend one to two years to revamp both outlets, then scale to five outlets by years 4-5, and exit the business at a meaningfully higher exit multiple.
However, I have another business which is my core business, where I have been offered a time-sensitive opportunity which I am pursuing. Thus, I am letting this go as I do not have the bandwidth to dedicate to scaling this project.

Outlet #1
- Monthly net profit of $3.5-4k with part-time oversight, or $5.5-6k for a full time operator
- 11 value creation drivers not yet executed, should bring in another $2k net profits
Outlet #2
- Post revamp, should generate another $2.5-3k monthly net profits

4. WHAT YOU ARE GETTING
Upfront capital already invested (worth $163k)
- Full renovation and fit-out: $107k (and two months of closure/opportunity cost worth $9.4k)
- Professional rebranding and photography: $22.7k
- New equipment at outlet #1: $19.7k (display chillers, fridge, freezer, TVs)
- Other equipment at outlet #1: $1.5k (oven, movable sinks, toasting machines)
- Existing equipment at outlet #2: $4k (display chillers, fridge, freezers)
- You also inherit: 11 years and 6 years of brand equity at high traffic locations
5. LEASE DETAILS
- Outlet 1: 16 months remaining, $4.7k/month rent
- Outlet 2: 32 months remaining, $3.2k/month rent
- Rental deposits of $22.2k
- Reno deposits of $7k (will be returned)
6. HANDOVER
1 month structured handover included. I'll walk you through everything needed to hit the ground running on day one — operations, suppliers, staff management, and the full growth roadmap. The business can almost be run hands-off, but to execute the growth plan you'll need to be active, or hire someone who is.
7. ASKING PRICE
$135k for the business. Rental and reno deposits will have to be separately given.
I am open to a modest discount for buyers who are serious about scaling this and can move quickly.
